About

Shay Jackson was born and raised in Nashville, TN and founded Chakra Shay, where the purpose is to enlighten everyone about the chakra system and its benefits. Shay is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. She graduated from Nashville School of Massage Therapy in Nov of 2017 and attended a 200hr yoga teacher training summer of 2020,
Her mission is to empower and encourage clients to address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by receiving Healing Touch, a gentle nurturing healing therapy.
She started meditating in 2015 while also researching chakras to deal with grief and depression over losing her 19 year old cousin. While attending Healing Beyond Borders, during her mentorship and apprenticeship with Bonnie Johnson, she started co-hosting Soulful Sunday; a community meetup where anyone can come and receive crystals, herbs, and info that relates to the chakra system, as well as a self- chakra connection and chakra meditation. Shay co-host new and full noon gatherings in the community, is the mother of artist teenager who has contributed to the artwork of the Chakra clothing collection. She continues to spread awareness about Healing Touch, the chakra system, and meditation benefits.
